Outdoor cleaning should improve your home without creating another problem. We check the material, coating, access and condition first, then agree a suitable method, protection for nearby planting and how water and debris will be managed. Delicate surfaces and existing damage need particular care.
Concrete driveways, paths & pavers
Clean agreed hard surfaces and address general grime and organic build-up. We check joints, coatings, drainage and existing defects, with test patches where appropriate.
Deck & fence washing
Freshen timber and other agreed materials using an appropriate cleaning method. We discuss surface condition, drying time and whether further finishing is needed.
Fence painting & staining
Preparation and coating for suitable fences, quoted by condition, area, sides, access and selected finish. Product, number of coats and weather requirements are agreed upfront.
Deck re-staining & restoration
Assess the existing finish and timber condition before agreeing cleaning, preparation and re-coating. Repairs, stripping and extensive restoration are separately scoped.
Moss, algae & lichen treatment
Assess the affected surface and appropriate treatment. Product, application, weather limitations and aftercare are confirmed; we explain when results can reasonably be expected.
Gutter cleaning & exterior extras
Enquire about suitable gutter cleaning and related exterior work. Height, access and safe working methods are assessed first; higher-level work may require specialist support.

Can I add a driveway clean to a garden tidy-up?
Yes, ask for it in your enquiry. Outdoor cleaning is separately scoped and priced so you know what is included.
Will every stain come out?
Some staining, weathering or coating damage may remain. We assess the surface and explain realistic limits before work; we don’t promise a new finish on an aged surface.
How will you protect plants, pets and belongings?
We agree protection, access and any product-specific restrictions before starting. Treatments are not described as universally safe for children or pets.
Can you wash a roof or a difficult-to-reach area?
Include photos and height details. We assess safe access and competence first; specialist work is arranged or referred where appropriate.
